Registration fee (regular and student) includes access to the scientific sessions, congress materials, abstract book, and refreshments (coffee breaks and four lunches), opening ceremony, ice-breaking party, and travel from hotels to the venue.

Only under/graduate, PhD and early Post Doc (+3) students can apply for student rate with a proof of student status during the registration (as stated in the registration form).

On site payment applies only to non-presenting (no abstracts) participants.
